2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

By using PLUS, you confirm that:

Results vary from person to person. PLUS does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Digital Products & Access

Access is granted for personal, non-transferable use only.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of PLUS products and immediate access to proprietary content, refunds are not automatically granted.

5.2 Pre-Order Payments & Refunds

All pre-order payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing a program on a pre-order basis, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is used immediately to fund the development, creation, and delivery of the program content, systems, and resources.

For this reason, no refunds will be issued on pre-order payments, this includes but is not limited to:

• Missed or failed instalments

• Early cancellation of a payment plan

• Non-usage of the program

• Change of mind

• Delays in personal availability or readiness to participate

If a payment plan is selected for a pre-order, you commit to the full payment obligation, regardless of program usage, completion, or participation.

5.3 Merit-Based Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered strictly on a merit-based, case-by-case basis and only if all of the following conditions are met:

The user must be able to demonstrate that:

1. The entire PLUS program was followed and completed in full.
2. All required actions, steps, and guidelines were adhered to as instructed.
3. Progress and compliance were consistently recorded using the provided tracking tools or acceptable documentation.
4. No measurable results were achieved despite full compliance.

The burden of proof rests entirely with the user.

5.4 Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Incomplete programs
• Partial adherence
• Inconsistent tracking
• External factors beyond the scope of PLUS (medical conditions, lifestyle interruptions, stress, sleep deprivation, medication changes, etc.)
• Misinterpretation or misuse of the program

5.5 Final Decision

All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of PLUS.

6. Results Disclaimer

PLUS provides education, structure, and guidance — not guarantees.

Individual results depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

• Consistency
• Food availability
• Lifestyle demands
• Sleep, stress, and movement
• Biological and hormonal factors

7. Support Policy

7.1 Support Duration

Support is provided for the active program duration of 90 (ninety) days from the user’s official start date (or from the date access is granted, unless otherwise stated).

Support applies only during this 90-day period, regardless of:

• how long the user retains access to the program content,

• whether the user completes the program,

• whether the user uses the program consistently.

7.2 Access vs Support

Users may retain access to PLUS content and tools beyond the 90-day active program period (as stated in the applicable product terms).

However, continued access does not include continued support.

Support includes, but is not limited to:

• email support

• Q&A assistance

• accountability check-ins (if applicable)

• community/group support moderation (if applicable)

• technical assistance related to program use

7.3 Post-Program Support

Support requests submitted after the 90-day support period will not be fulfilled unless the user has purchased an additional support entitlement.

To receive post-program support, a separate support license (or renewal/support extension) is required.

7.4 Support Availability & Limitations

Support is offered within reasonable operational limits and is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or emergency services.

PLUS reserves the right to:

• define appropriate support channels and response times,

• limit support where abuse, harassment, or unreasonable demands occur,

• suspend support access for users in breach of these policies.

PLUS content is for educational purposes only.

It is not intended to:

• Diagnose
• Treat
• Cure
• Prevent any disease or medical condition
